1. DECIDE HOW YOU WILL PARTICIPATE: WHOLE MONTH, MEATLESS MONDAYS....SKIPPING AT A MEAL
2. MEAL PLAN WITHOUT MEAT.....CONTACT a dietitian or a food coach for details
3. Clear out all meats you don't want to eat (reds, pork, shellfish, etc)
4. Consult your PCP before undertaking a lifestyle change that will affect your health
5. It's a mind-set more than anything else....so you might want to start by a cleansing fast (mentally and physically)....getting your mind and body used to staying away from meat
6. There are meat analogues you can purchase (gardein has good ones....tastes good and healthy)....stock up this week
7. Google vegan/vegetarian restaurants....let them know you are taking the meatless challenge and request their suggestions for you (meat-free but tastes GOOOOOOD)
8. Tag Friends To Take The Challenge With You
9. Children are an interesting issue....but if you find fun ways to include them, they will participate...they are quite adept at adapting.
10. If you know Phil.4:13 you know you CAN do all things through Jesus Christ...ALL THINGS!!!!!
