The Enemy Will Seek to Alienate-Satan is ever ready to take advantage when any matter of variance arises, and by moving upon the objectionable, hereditary traits of character in husband or wife, he will try to cause the alienation of those who have united their interests in a solemn covenant before God. In the marriage vows they have promised to be as one, the wife covenanting to love and obey her husband, the husband promising to love and cherish his wife. If the lawof God is obeyed, the demon of strife will be kept out of the family, and no separation of interests will take place, no alienation of affection will be permitted. AH 133

Counter-Attack On The Devil's Intentions
Neither give place to the devil. Eph. 4:27
Whenever you see strife coming on, do like boxing and retire to your corners and pray to God for strength to cope: Proverbs 21:19: It is better to dwell in the wilderness, than with a contentious and an angry woman (or man too)<---you do not have to save face and "duke" it out just because you feel you are right...the quickest way for devils to flee is to quench strife at first temptation: See Also: Ecc.9:9
Children Will Be Used By Satan: This is a known fact, they are not as strong as you are to combat them, they don't know all the tricks. Remember that the next time they do something that would cause you to be angry. "I know they are doing this on purpose!" maybe not...Satan will use them to get to you. Pray for them, that their strength will not fail. (See Isa.49:25)
Making The Bread Or Bringing It Home: As cunning as he is, do you not see that Satan is at the heart of power and status spats? Just because the Bible says that man is the head, does not mean that woman is the tail, truth be told, she's the neck that supports him. Who makes more than who should never be an argument in any believers home. Consider the fact that there are some homes that can't even have this argument. You are not less who you were before this was a reality, man makes money..it should not make any man...never: (See Judges 4:6-9): "The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her" Prov.31:11
Sex, Seriously?: this may be one -sided, but even here Satan will seek to come in, and again counsel is given (See 1Corinthians 7:3-5), note the passage given very well, for it is well to note that this too can be a door for Satan to enter in. Guys she's not a horse or dog to just jumps on as you feel like, even if they "like" it, its part of their horse/dog nature...your wife is a higher order of being. Ladies, conversely, do not use it as a weapon to coerce him. Sex should not be entered into by force on both sides, it is the highest form of expression to express the highest form of expression in the universe: The love flowing to Father & Son by the Holy Spirit, it is in truth "love" making...get it!
Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God. Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the Saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; Eph.5:21-24
